Online Occasion Wear Purchases & Return Process

Online Purchases & Delivery

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we aim to dispatch all occasion wear orders the same day. However, purchases made later than 3 PM Monday – Friday or on any weekend day will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Charges:

UK Mainland* – £9.99

Rest of World – Price Provided on Agreement

Online Returns Process

In order to make a return for a refund, you will need to email us at for a returns code. This request must be emailed to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Should we agree to your request, your refund will be processed providing that the returned items meet the following conditions:

  1. They are in original packaging & in the original condition
  2. Swing tags are still attached
  3. They are unwashed and unworn
  4. They are returned without any snags or pulls
  5. There are no make-up, fake tan, or any other marks on the garment(s)

If these conditions are not met, then we are unable to issue a refund and the items will be returned to you.

Some items are excluded from being returned. These items include fragrances, earrings, or any other item where there may be a breach of hygiene.

Please keep your proof of postage as evidence in the event that it is required in the future.

Please note that all carriage charges and return costs will NOT be refunded.

Refunds may take between 5 – 7 business days to reach the originating account.
