Founded by Jodie Tanner, the boutique was built on a simple belief - that every woman deserves genuine personal service and access to beautiful designer fashion. Meet Jodie
Jodie Tanner began her career in banking at the age of 16, spending 25 years in customer-focused roles before a shift in the industry led her to a significant realisation -that customers were no longer the priority. That prompted her departure from banking and the courage to follow the path she had always loved - fashion and retail.
With a longstanding influence in retail and fashion, Jodie founded The Queen B Boutique in 2009, starting by selling shoes from her lounge before expanding to a retail unit in Penarth. The Queen B's growth continued with a full refit of the boutique and the launch of an online shop. What began as a small venture grew steadily into the destination boutique it is today - specialising in designer occasion wear for Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom, with a full casual clothing, footwear and accessories offer and inclusive sizing from UK 8-28.
