Meet Jodie
Jodie began her career in banking at the age of 16, quickly realising her love for customer service over lending money. After 25 years in various customer-focused roles, a significant change in the industry led her to believe that customers were no longer the priority, prompting her departure from the banking world.
With a longstanding influence in retail and fashion, Jodie, a fashionista from a young age, founded The Queen B Boutique in 2009. Starting with selling shoes in her lounge, the boutique expanded to a retail unit in Penarth. The Queen B's growth continued with an expansion of the Penarth boutique and the opening of an online shop. A refit of the Penarth boutique allowed Jodie to specialise in occasion wear.
