Failsworth Millinery
Failsworth has been making British hats since 1875, and the small ladies occasion edit we carry at The Queen B draws on that same heritage: structured shapes built for weddings, church services and formal days out. It's a compact rail rather than a full collection, but every piece earns its place.
We keep a small Failsworth edit rather than the full range, chosen for the mother of the bride and wedding guest customers who want a heritage British name alongside the newer millinery labels on our rails.
Structured occasion hats make up the current stock, in the kind of considered shapes that work for a church wedding or a formal daytime event. The edit is small and changes with the season, so call ahead if you're after something specific.
Failsworth was founded in 1875 in Manchester and once ran the largest hat factory in Europe, supplying the RAF with hand-crafted helmets during the war and licensed Stetson hats afterwards. That manufacturing heritage is still the reason the brand carries the weight it does on an occasion rail.
If Failsworth is the name you came for, call the boutique to check current stock, or book a styling appointment and we'll show you the edit alongside our other millinery brands.
