Jumpers
Slipovers, knit polos, proper pullovers and a crochet-effect flower knit: the jumper rail covers more ground than its name suggests. Welsh weather keeps it stocked all year, not just for winter.
Cream leads the rail. The Danish label knits pieces that keep their shape and colour wash after wash, from fine slipovers for the in-between months to warm pullovers for the proper cold. Frilled high necks from our QB label and square-shape knits from Naya bring the character.
Weight and fibre decide how a knit gets worn. Fine gauges layer under jackets and over shirts without bulk, and they carry from March to November here. Chunkier pullovers are single-layer pieces for the cold months. Check the fibre mix on each product page: cottons wash easiest, wool blends hold warmth, and viscose mixes drape closest to the body.
Colour is the other decision. A neutral knit in ecru, navy or grey gets daily wear, and a statement knit lifts the plainest trousers. Most wardrobes want one of each, which is roughly how we buy this rail.
Layer a slipover over a shirt from our blouses rail and the outfit is done. We are in Penarth, and everything ships across the UK.
