It was an amazing service that I attended the shop in desperation to look for something for my 50th birthday didn’t have an appointment so we just went to the first shop that you didn’t need an appointment. The lady was so helpful my husband and my son I tried to dress but was baby pink and I have got a very large personality. My husband said I love the dress but it’s not your colour the lady who was working in the shop said I’ve got a dress in Hot pink could it on and as I was taking the other dress off my son said to my husband oh that’s mum dress. She’ll carry that enough to put it on if fitted like a glove I’ve had a big weight loss. I’ve lost a stone and a half and I wasn’t too sure on sizes but I am so delighted with the size I’m in and I will be back. I don’t know the lady that I had in the shop. It was the Thursday before Good Friday 🌸🌸🌸 🌸🎂🥂

I took some time to look through some outfits online before my appointment. I made a note of the designers I liked and some of the outfits. I’m glad I did.There was so much choice in the shop and I think I would have been overwhelmed. As soon as Tara saw my choices, she immediately knew what I was looking for. She was so helpful, not pushy, showing me a few outfits, with shoes,fascinators , all of which were unusual, not at all traditional, which is just what I wanted. I eventually chose a dress and jacket, with matching hatinator. I was thrilled with my choice and very grateful for Tara’s help.

A word of warning for potential customers during the Queen Bee sale; there are no refunds! Whilst this is not unusual in itself the fact that staff didn't mention it at the point of sale is unusual and possibly in breach of regulations.
When I purchased some sandals and tried to return them less than 2 hours later the staff professed not to remember my purchase even the lady who had signed the receipt. They said there was 'nothing they coyld do'. No returns, no swaps, no credit notes. I have had to phone the manager in an attempt to get my receipt back. The goods have probably already been resold.
Just be careful as I'd hate to hear that others have been cheated in this way.

That certainly helped, because there is so much choice that I think I would have been a little overwhelmed. As soon as I mentioned my preferences, Tara knew exactly what type of outfit to recommend. She was totally professional, friendly, but not at all pushy. I ended up with an unusual dress and coat, which was quirky, colourful and not at all traditional, which was just what I wanted. After looking for a dress on Queen B's website, I found this beautiful Kevan Jon design and ordered it. It came the next day and all in lovely packaging. After a few alterations I wore it to a Wedding on Saturday and had such lovely comments.
