It was an amazing service that I attended the shop in desperation to look for something for my 50th birthday didn’t have an appointment so we just went to the first shop that you didn’t need an appointment. The lady was so helpful my husband and my son I tried to dress but was baby pink and I have got a very large personality. My husband said I love the dress but it’s not your colour the lady who was working in the shop said I’ve got a dress in Hot pink could it on and as I was taking the other dress off my son said to my husband oh that’s mum dress. She’ll carry that enough to put it on if fitted like a glove I’ve had a big weight loss. I’ve lost a stone and a half and I wasn’t too sure on sizes but I am so delighted with the size I’m in and I will be back. I don’t know the lady that I had in the shop. It was the Thursday before Good Friday 🌸🌸🌸 🌸🎂🥂

Simply brilliant! I travelled 150 miles from Cambridgeshire to The Queen B Boutique, having tracked down a (mother of the groom) dress in the correct size and colour - not always easy in the market of special occasion dresses! From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful over the telephone as I set up the trip to Penarth and the excellent service continued when I stepped into the shop. I was looked after by Tara, who was just delightful. So supportive, giving advice and options, but never pushy. Very easy to get along with and I had absolute confidence in listening to her recommendations, as decisions were being made. I left the shop with a stunning dress, co-ordinated perfectly with a hat, shoes and clutch bag. All done, ready for the wedding in April 2027 and an incredibly happy customer. I cannot recommend The Queen B Boutique highly enough. Such a lovely positive experience. Many, many thanks :)

This was a wonderful experience. My son is getting married in May 2027 and I had an idea what I liked. Until I got to the Queen B and Sally started dressing me! She had a wonderful insight to what would suit me- she was incredible. Patient. Knowledgeable and in no way pushy! Fabulous day and I bought a dress I would never of chosen myself but when I put it on I cried. It was stunning and I felt a million dollars. Paired with a beautiful fascinator we had the perfect outfit. Thank you Sally from the bottom of my heart. You were amazing and I would highly recommend Queen B to any MOB or MOG. It’s an experience you won’t forget.
