How to return your order
Changed your mind? Maybe the fit isn't quite right, or it just wasn't what you'd hoped once it arrived. Don't worry, it happens to all of us, and sending something back to The Queen B Boutique is really straightforward. Here's exactly how to do it.
HOW TO RETURN, IN 3 STEPS
- REQUEST YOUR RETURN
Log in to your account at account.thequeenb.co.uk, open your order, and request a return on the item you'd like to send back. - WAIT FOR YOUR APPROVAL EMAIL
We'll check your request and email you to confirm it's approved. Please hold off posting anything until you've had that email, as items sent back without approval can't be accepted. - SEND IT BACK
Once you're approved, pop it in the post with our DPD Returns Portal, or bring it into the Boutique in Penarth. Your options are just below.
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it. After that we're not able to offer a refund, so do get your return on its way inside the 14 days to be safe.
To be refunded, everything needs to come back in its original condition: unworn, swing tags still on, in its original packaging, and free from any makeup, fake tan or perfume marks. We know that's a lot to ask, but it keeps every piece perfect for the next lady who falls in love with it.
Buying occasion wear? There's one extra step. Please let us know within 2 days of delivery if you'd like to return it, by requesting your return in your account. You've then got the full 14 days to send it back.
HOW TO SEND IT BACK
The easiest way is our DPD Returns Portal. Choose a digital or print-at-home label, then drop your parcel at your nearest DPD point.
Return postage is taken from your refund: £5.99 for casual wear, £15.99 for occasion wear. You're very welcome to use your own tracked and insured service instead. Either way, keep your proof of postage, as your parcel is your responsibility until it safely reaches us. Your original delivery charge isn't refundable.
Prefer to bring it in? You can return online orders to the Boutique in person. Just have your order number or confirmation to hand.
WHEN YOU'LL GET YOUR REFUND
Once your return reaches us we'll give it a quick inspection and process your refund to your original payment method. From there it can take up to 10 working days to land in your account, depending on your bank.
BEFORE YOU POST: A QUICK CHECK
A few bits can't come back for hygiene or sale reasons, and our occasion wear has a couple of extra rules worth knowing. Have a quick read of the full policy before you send anything off.
