Veni Infantino
Veni Infantino does not sell her dresses online. You can only try them at a stockist, and The Queen B in Penarth is one of the few in South Wales. Nearly 170 Veni Infantino mother of the bride and occasion dresses hang here, the largest single label in our occasion boutique.
The designer is the real thing. Italian-born, London-trained, and still personally fitting every style before it leaves the studio. Her label sits within Ronald Joyce, the London occasion house with roots back to the 1950s, and it has taken Best Occasionwear Designer at the RBA Awards two years running.
The dresses earn the fuss. Blush, dusty rose, wine and navy lead the palette, with printed chiffons beside clean tailored crepes. Most styles pair a dress with a matching detail that photographs beautifully, which is exactly what the role demands.
Because the label only sells through boutiques, the fitting matters. Book a styling appointment in Penarth and try the shades against your skin in daylight. That is how these dresses are meant to be bought, and it shows in how they fit.
