Disappointing not “ Special “

Disappointing TBH - not sure if i had unreal expectations and i can’t fault the lady who helped me but i didn’t find the experience “special” at all and now i have the dress home i wish i hadn’t bought it at all . Shoes are lovely though . I fail to see the point of filling out a form about size and preferred colours when nothing was prepared and the changing room cramped .
