Occasionwear appointment

I had my dress for my sons wedding , found the appointment a little bit limited in the sense that we weren’t able to go around and look at the dresses on offer , I had previously looked online but not everything is on there and things tend to look different when you see them up close for example - slight difference in colour .
The consultant did her best and wasn’t at fault but the appointment wasn’t very personal in the sense , people were coming in and out all the time as there were so many other appointments in the store at the same time and other peoples consultants were coming through to get dresses and hats for other people , don’t feel the premises is big enough to cater for the amount of people that were booked in and some were trying clothes on and showing their party right in the shop window which isn’t very personal at all

We are genuinely pleased that you found a dress you loved and chose to purchase it from us. That, in itself, suggests that your stylist was able to guide you successfully and help you find something that made you feel confident, which is always our priority.

As an independent boutique, we proudly operate within a beautiful Victorian building with large original windows. Many of our customers comment positively on the natural light and character this brings to the space. That said, we fully appreciate that every customer has personal preferences when trying on outfits. For comfort and privacy, all of our fitting rooms are equipped with full-length, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, allowing clients to view their outfit without leaving the cubicle if they prefer.

We are unable to offer exclusive-use appointments where one customer has sole access to the boutique, particularly on Saturdays, which are our busiest days. We are privileged to serve a high volume of women each weekend, and we consistently receive lovely feedback about the atmosphere, service and styling experience we provide.

In terms of imagery, we use designer-supplied photography as provided to us by the brands we stock. These images may be shot under studio or professional lighting conditions, which can differ from natural in-store lighting. However, we do not alter or misrepresent our products in any way.

Our website is a live, dynamic platform that reflects our in-store stock levels at the time of viewing. As a busy boutique, stock can change throughout the day, but what is shown online is an accurate representation at that moment.

We are proud of the styling experience we offer and the reputation we have built, supported by the many positive reviews and returning customers we are fortunate to welcome regularly.
